Jim brings his passion as a strong supporter in developing a collaborative work environment and building positive relationships within the KeyLeaf team, stakeholders and clients. With over 32 years experience as a Senior Leadership team member and Chief Financial Officer, Jim brings experience to KeyLeaf of leading change management solutions, strategic planning, budget forecasts, financial reporting, annual audits, facilities management, capital planning and transportation project oversight. Prior to being hired as CEO, he served in the role of VP of Finance where he oversaw changes to financial reporting, budgeting, monitoring of key performance indicators and information technology.
