Dr. Thushan S. Withana-Gamage joined KeyLeaf (then known as POS Pilot Plant Corporation) in 2012.   He has over 10 years’ experience in serving the Agri-Food Industry (start-ups and well-established companies) in North America and around the world. His experience includes: R&D scaling up (lab to pilot scale), oils & fats, proteins & peptides, bioactive compounds, new ingredient development, new process development, and designing of experiments.    Dr. Thushan’ s passion is meeting with clients and working collaboratively to develop the ingredients of the future.
