Dr. Anusha Samaranayaka joined KeyLeaf (then known as POS Pilot Plant Corporation) in 2012. As a Lead Scientist, she is responsible for developing sustainable plant-based solutions in process development for commercial and functionality assessment of various proteins. Her expertise includes food flavors, food product formulation, and sensory assessment.
